Cancellation Policy

We understand that situations may arise in which you need to cancel your order shortly after placing it. Our aim is to help you as efficiently as possible while keeping our order processing smooth and timely.

Cancellation Timeframe

If you wish to cancel your order, you must let us know within 12 hours of completing your purchase. During this initial period, orders have usually not yet entered processing, so cancellation is possible.

Orders Already in Processing

After the 12-hour window, your order may already have been:

• Processed
• Packed
• Prepared for dispatch
• Dispatched or handed over to the courier

Once your order has reached any of these stages, cancellation can no longer be guaranteed. In such cases, we kindly ask that you wait until your order arrives. You may then start a return request in line with our Returns Policy.
